The top management headed by Mr.V.C Thomas has considerable experience and expertise in the design and construction industry as well as in the field of valuation. The company has extensive project experience in the management, design and construction of Hospitals, Institutional buildings, Factories, Shopping complexes, Canals, Bridges and Tunnels, all over South India. In Southern India, we have provided design, architectural consulting, and construction management on over Hundred projects. Our experience as Architect, Construction Manager, or Owner's Representative, enables as to understand all sides of the construction process and helps to accomplish high quality construction on time and in budget.

When appropriate, we furnish lump-sum, cost-competitive bids. We're also experienced in the use of negotiated guaranteed maximum price (GMP), cost plus fixed-fee (CPFF), and design/build (D/B) business models. Although the legal relationships may vary under these contract arrangements, we maintain a consistent commitment to work closely with the architect to deliver top value to our customers.
